Work with clients engaged in international trade, which is subject to strict US regulations. Advise domestic firms and foreign companies and governments on a variety of international trade
litigation and regulatory matters. Assist senior attorneys advising companies facing antidumping and countervailing investigations and reviews by the US Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission. Assist senior attorneys advising companies on international transactions and treaty compliance issues, including sanctions, embargos, the FCPA, anti-boycott regulations, and anti-money laundering. Assist senior attorneys in maintaining communication with Chinese clients and reviewing related Chinese language documentation. Research and write memoranda regarding U.S. Customs compliance issues on a variety of topics including antidumping/countervailing duties, HTS classifications, sanctions, and evasion and circumvention. Review international trade statistics and advise on impact of raw material and shipping cost fluctuations on clients' costs and projected tariffs.
Minimum job requirements:
- J.D. AND Minimum 3-years of custom-related economic researcher experience, plus special requirements

Special Requirements:
- Must be member of bar association
- Must be fluent in Chinese
