Job Description:
Our White Collar team advises on regulatory defense matters before the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission. We regularly represent companies and individuals alike in fraud investigations, securities and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters. We have a vibrant investigations and federal and state trial practice.

Job Qualifications:
  • 5th or 6th year associate
  • Experience with securities litigation and investigations, SEC enforcements, and government investigations
  • Experience with fraud, corruption, trade sanctions, and export controls are a plus
  • Comparable big law experience
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
