Job Details

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and communication skills, as well as a passion for advocating on behalf of our clients. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting senior attorneys with case management, legal research, drafting legal documents, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on various issues and provide analysis to senior attorneys
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
  • Assist with case management, including organizing documents, scheduling hearings, and communicating with clients
  • Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court proceedings
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure effective representation of clients
  • Stay updated on changes in the law and legal trends relevant to the firm's practice areas

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the AR state bar and in good standing
  • 2-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in one of more of the following areas: Immigration/Family/Personal Injury/Criminal Law
  • BILINGUAL in Spanish/English is REQUIRED
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
