Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and driven Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our esteemed legal firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing clients in all areas of Family Law proceedings. This role requires a deep understanding of family law, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be barred in Arizona.

Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in court proceedings or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation.
2. Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements.
3. Perform legal research and analysis, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents.
4. Compile, analyze, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.
5. Negotiate settlements in civil disputes.
6. Maintain client relationships and communicate with clients regarding their case.
7. Participate in pre-trial preparations and attend trial as required.
8. Counsel clients on their legal rights, obligations, and suggest the course of action in their legal matters.
9. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
10. Supervise legal assistants and junior associates, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be barred in Arizona.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on family law.
4. Proven background in handling all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, property division, etc.
5. Superior negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with clients.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data.
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
9. Strong ethics and a high level of professionalism.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
11. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
