Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney (Estate Planning) position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in estate planning, probate litigation, civil litigation, and trust and estate matters.
3. Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
8. A strong commitment to ethics and professional integrity.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
10. Demonstrated business development skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
