Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court and provide legal advice on insurance defense matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.
• Manage a high volume of cases and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of cases and prioritize workload.
• Experience with insurance and defense law is preferred.
• Senior Attorney-level experience is a plus.
