Job Details

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations and provide advice.
• Occasional court hearings and interviews
• Meet with 4-6 clients per day whether they are consultations or to discuss case strategy. These meetings are often in Spanish.
• Review the work of paralegals to ensure top quality
• Work heavily in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro

Job Qualifications

• Mid-level Associates, ideally with 7+ years' immigration experience
• English/Spanish Bilingual fluency
• CA Bar admission in good standing
• Ideally 2+ years of experience conducting consultations
• Experienced with:

•Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture

•Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A and EOIR-42B)

•U-visas

•Green Cards Adjustment of Status

•Consular Processing

•Naturalization

•DACA

•EADs

•Advanced Parole requests
