We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Estate & Family Law to join our prestigious legal firm. This position offers an excellent opportunity to handle challenging and complex cases, while also providing a platform to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact on our clients' lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases independently, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice related to estate planning, family, and matrimonial law.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property distribution, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
  • Handle estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and administering estates.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on their rights and obligations.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm's reputation by adhering to professional ethics.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys to ensure the best outcome for our clients.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney specializing in estate and family law.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • Proven experience with matrimonial law, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support cases.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and courtroom demeanor.
  • Strong analytical ability and legal drafting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Commitment to providing superior customer service.
  • Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
