We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with a focus on Construction & Condo/HOA law to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding cases in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, HOA, and Condominium Law. This is an onsite position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in the areas of Condo/HOA, Construction Law & Commercial Litigation
2. Handle cases involving construction defect disputes, commercial litigation, and condominium law.
3. Conduct thorough and detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
5. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.
7. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to Condo/HOA and Construction Law.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on case progress.
9. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's presence in the Condo/HOA and Construction Law sectors.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a member in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
3. A minimum of 1 years of experience in Condo/HOA, Construction Law, preferably with trial experience
4. Demonstrated knowledge of Condo/HOA laws, regulations, and best practices.
5. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in court and other legal proceedings.
6. Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex legal concepts to clients and other stakeholders.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
