Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in handling complex cases involving wrongful death, product liability, and personal injury. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and challenging environment, representing our clients with the utmost diligence and expertise.

Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of insurance defense cases.
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
Attend court hearings and trials, representing clients effectively.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure a seamless legal process.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and colleagues.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Kentucky State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on wrongful death, product liability, and personal injury cases.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
