Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a diverse caseload of matrimonial matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, property division, and related issues.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
  • Maintain a high level of client communication and provide regular updates on case progress.
  • Stay abreast of changes in family law legislation and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in New Jersey
  • 10 years of experience practicing matrimonial law.
  • Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high caseload efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
