Job Description:

This firm is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience practicing law, with a strong background in a few of these areas: family/commercial/employment/criminal/employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
Represent clients in court proceedings
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases
Stay updated on legal developments and changes in the law

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the MA Bar
3-5 years of experience practicing law
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
