Qualifications
1 - 3 years experience in real estate law, land use would be ideal
Some experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
Familiarity with real estate closing practice and title review
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized U.S. law school and admitted to practice in NJ
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
