Job DetailsJob Description:
- Direct hands-on experience handling complex high-profile cases from inception through trial.
- Handling of cases including discovery, law and motion, court appearances, and other tasks
- Work with the direction of the lead attorney such as preparing case management statements, draft stipulations, meet and confer with opposing counsel regarding discovery responses.
Job Qualifications:
- 1-5 years preferred experience in employment law litigation and class actions at a law firm
- CA Bar admission, in good standing
