Job Description

1. Responsibility: To create daily reports for locations who have Remote Support or supervision services.

Duties:

a. Develop daily reports that include the cares, services and events that occurred during the hours remote support is utilized.

b. Run and Review information and reports from the portal.

c. Review the daily reports created and provide recommendation or complete follow up regarding concerns identified.

d. Provide ongoing training regarding the technology and reports.

e. Ensure that technology is functioning properly and conduct drills and document the effectiveness for each site with remote monitoring. Drills will be done quarterly, or more frequently upon request.

f. Complete follow up when the maintenance reports identify concerns with the technology.

2. Responsibility: To provide training on Remote Systems Support Services and assistive technology.

Duties:

a. To assist in developing and providing training as requested.

b. Assist in bringing in outside technology companies to present to the organization.

c. Assist in developing new trainings and create a technology training folder for the organization to use as needed.

3. Responsibility: To assist the Director in the process of setting a new location up with Remote Support services.

Duties:

a. Complete the paperwork and other tasks as requested to start Remote Support.

b. Assist in the coordination for install of technology at the location.

c. Provide testing of the equipment to ensure working properly and communicating with the app.

d. Provide training related to the Remote Support services.

e. Follow all licensing requirements.

PERSONNEL

2. Responsibility: To know, uphold, and support all policies and procedures.

Duties:

a. Use the policy manual as a first source, referring to it regularly and as needed.

b. Review new and revised policies regularly and sign off, as requested.

c. Document all accidents and report any issues according to policy.

3. Responsibility: To attend all required training.

Duties:

a. Initiate initial orientations.

b. Attend annual training requirements.

c. Attend staff meetings.

d. Recommend staff training needs.

4. Responsibility: To assist staff development.

Duties:

a. Provide new staff with pertinent information.

b. Provide orientation training to new staff.

c. Act as a role model for other staff.

d. Provide information regarding the performance of others. Provide compliance and performance related data to the supervisor.

PERSONNEL (cont.)

5. Responsibility: To be an organizational resource.

Duties:

a. Professionally and timely assist all personnel and outside services.

b. Direct personnel or outside sources to another person, if unable to be of assistance.

6. Responsibility: To provide open and honest communication with all personnel and program staff.

Duties:

a. Inform supervisor of discrepancies with procedures, instructions, or requests.

b. Always ensure confidentiality.

c. Cooperatively work with department managers and team members in coordinating efforts, service and knowledge to maximize efficiency, organization, and professionalism.

7. Responsibility: To promote positive teamwork.

Duties:

a. Promote a positive and supportive attitude toward employees.
