This is responsible administrative and professional engineering work assisting in directing the activities of the Traffic Engineering and Electrical Departments.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in civil engineering or a closely related field including courses in traffic and highway engineering and a minimum of three years progressively responsible experience in traffic engineering, including one year supervisory experience; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.

Special Requirements

Licensure as a Professional Engineer by the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in the State of Alabama. Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
