About the Position As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll be a vital part of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the flawless execution of multifamily construction projects. Your role will involve on-site coordination, managing field staff, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Superintendent and contractors to resolve construction challenges. Interpret plans and guide subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Oversee subcontractors, conduct investigations, and maintain a safe, organized job site. Foster a cohesive workforce through strong leadership and effective communication. Requirements Bachelor's or Associates degree in construction management or related field. 4+ years of progressive experience in multifamily construction management. Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost accounting. Job frequently involves exposure to dust, fumes, odors, heavy machinery, machinery with moving parts, scaffolding and high places, and noise (must shout to be heard).
