We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the service department and ensure the success of all processes and operations.

Supervise and train service department staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.

Monitor and track the performance of the service department, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Maintain a strong focus on service upsells and exceed sales goals.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure all service repairs are completed within the designated time frame and meet safety standards.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and overall customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the powersports service field.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service department, preferably in the powersports industry.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficient in using service management software and other computer applications.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
