Our organization is a leading player in the Manufacturing industry, specializing in Precision Machining. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Assistant Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality control systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Quality Manager, you will play a vital role in our organization's commitment to quality and precision. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in the management of our quality control systems, ensuring that all products meet our stringent standards for precision and quality.

2. Conducting in-process, 1st piece, and final piece inspections, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

3. Developing and maintaining quality sheets, providing clear and accurate documentation of our quality control processes.

4. Conducting regular floor audits, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

5. Working closely with the Quality Manager and other members of the management team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance our quality control processes.

6. Providing training and guidance to our manufacturing team, promoting a culture of quality and precision throughout our organization.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry, along with the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role within the Manufacturing industry, ideally with a focus on Precision Machining.

2. Extensive experience with in-process, 1st piece, and final piece inspections.

3. Proven ability to develop and maintain quality sheets.

4. Experience conducting floor audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective corrective actions.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and guide team members.

7. A strong commitment to quality and precision, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

8. A degree in a related field would be considered an asset.
