Job Details:
Our company is seeking an experienced Consulting Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team in the Housing industry. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in tax credit, HUD, and Section 8. If you're a driven individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for real estate, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Assistant Property Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of property management including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and lease administration.
2. Ensuring compliance with all HUD, Section 8, and tax credit regulations.
3. Performing regular property inspections to assess condition, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
5. Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely and quality repairs and upkeep.
6. Assisting in the tenant eviction process, if necessary, in compliance with court procedures and regulations.
7. Providing excellent customer service to residents and promptly addressing their concerns and issues.
8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related documents.
9. Participating in regular training and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Assistant Property Manager role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in property management with a focus on the mortgage industry.
2. Proven experience with tax credit, HUD, and Section 8.
3. A strong understanding of property management principles, procedures, and standards, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
7. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
