Description: Client is seeking a Civil Assistant Project Manager in Rochester, NY. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in assistant project management or estimating for construction projects. Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes, practices, and equipment. Working with PM to help get projects done, communication with full site team and client. Submittals, change orders, RFI's, takeoffs. Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, InSite, Bid to Win Client oversees every phase of the site work process for projects both large and small. Ranging from $1-$6 Million Additional Skills & Qualifications: The Assistant Project Manager/ Estimator will be responsible for helping the PM manage and oversee construction projects, preparing estimates for jobs, and ensuring that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and construction workers, to ensure successful project execution.
