The Assistant Project Manager will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction projects. CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification are a benefit

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Manager and General Superintendent with project tasks
  • Generate and document RFI's and submittals
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and implementation
  • Assist with project cost management including buyout, invoicing, and monthly cost reports
  • Ensure projects are built to contract plans and specifications and preform project quality inspections.
  • Review and approve daily field logs
  • Maintain and distribute project documents for multiple projects.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with project teams, general contractors, engineers, and owners

Assistant Project Manager Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering desired
  • Minimum 1-5 years of construction experience as an Assistant Project Manager or equivalent
  • Knowledge of principals, methods, and standards of the designated trade's area
  • Experience in the use and methods of tools and equipment commonly employed with the trade
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
  • Performs work in accordance with standards and specifications
