Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing Ground-up and Interior Construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of Ground-up and Interior Construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, including scheduling, safety, and quality control.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to the client and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
