Position Description Arrow Construction is now hiring experienced Operators ( Backhoe, Skid steer, roller, excavator, and paver) and Class A drivers with construction experience for our office located in Sacramento, CA.
Assistant Project Manager will be expected to perform the following:
- Receive all incoming work orders from Work Order Clerk and determine appropriate status. Log status into dispatching system.
- Submit permit applications when required and coordinate payment/pickup with Paving Superintendent.
- Track and maintain an accurate status of each work order for the life of the tag.
- Establish contact with homeowners or other related customers and coordinate schedule with Paving Superintendent to facilitate our work in restricted access areas.
- Dispatch all crews in a manner to maximize productivity while maintaining our schedule commitments and coordinate with Paving Superintendent.
- Receive all completed work orders from the field and review billable items for accuracy. Forward immediately all completed work orders to the Work Order Clerk for billings.
- Perform pre-field tasks as needed to increase efficiency of work crews.
- Perform quality control inspections as needed.
Position Requirements All qualified candidates must have a clean valid California Driver's License.
