They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who wants to grow their career within the group. This is a direct path to Project Management and complete project ownership. Job Details- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction.
- Oversee the completion of multiple projects from initial permits to final occupancy and with primary responsibility for schedules, budgets and quality.
- Lead and motivate members of the project team and subcontractors and vendors to complete all phases of work on schedule, in budget, with expected quality.
- Manage the RFI, Submittal and Owner Change process to ensure accurate, complete and timely information provided to site team.
- Work directly with local municipalities to ensure permits and inspections are available for the project within scheduled timeframes.
- Proficient in Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
