Position Details Position Information Position Title Assistant Professor of Computer Science Department COMPUTER SCIENCE Position Category Faculty Job Description The Department of Mathematics at Lincoln Memorial University invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor in Computer Science. The candidate must have earned a PhD in Computer Science. The primary teaching responsibilities for this position may include introductory computer science courses as well as courses on artificial intelligence, network security, and software engineering. This instructional faculty member shall also have responsibilities of teaching, research/creative achievement, and service functions and shall be held accountable for these obligations as they contribute to the attainment of the mission of the University, the School, and the Department. Required Qualifications earned Ph.D. in Computer Science or appropriate related discipline; educational preparation in accordance with requirements of the University and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools; and evidence of potential for effective teaching and scholarly activity.
