About this Position:

The Assistant Manager of Sales Support Order Desk will oversee and coordinate activities related to sales support and order processing. This role involves managing a team responsible for efficiently handling customer orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth workflow between sales and fulfilment. The Assistant Manager is also tasked with optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and providing guidance to enhance overall productivity and customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager of Sales Support will need high analytical skills to make decisions that impact dealer performance and profitability. Additionally, they may collaborate with other departments to improve communication and streamline the order fulfilment process. Overall, the Assistant Manager of Sales Support plays a crucial role in maintaining effective operations and facilitating a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Support group management and guidance to sales support staff to ensure a high level of competence and efficiency.
  • Generate reports and present on sales order processing and sales support metrics.
  • Creation and maintaining standard operating procedures to assure compliance.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and inventory management, to optimize coordination.
  • Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience during the order process.
  • Presenting data analytics to executive management.

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

  • Must have MS office skills with significant emphasis on MS Excel
  • Must have comprehensive SAP expertise
  • 3+ years of experience managing people
  • 3+ years of related to auto, powersports, dealership, or related experience
  • 5+ years of customer experience
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field experience

Desired skills:

  • Strong communication skills including presentations, reporting, meeting(s) driver, and influencing others
  • Business acumen, excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
