As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) you will be responsible for developing, achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit
(LDRP and NICU) or department by focusing on the unit or department's daily operations.Essential functions to the success of this role include:
- Consistently promote a positive & healthy work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers.
- Collaboratively work with nurse leaders in maintaining productivity, supporting initiatives, and ensuring units/departments are appropriately staffed.
- Assist in identifying staff development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.
- Daily productivity and expense management and support unit/department manager with budget preparation.
- Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement in alignment with unit/department goals.
- Encourage employee participation in decision through shared governance and support change management.
- Support professional development to improve employee retention.
Qualifications: In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified Assistant Nurse Manager candidates will need the following:
Education Requirements - A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN)
Experience Requirements - 2 years clinical RN experience
- 6 months - 1 year clinical leadership experience, preferred
Licenses/Certification Requirements - Current RN License to practice in state of employment
- Nursing Specialty Certification:
- Required to sit for certification within 6 months of hire/transfer
- Must achieve certification within 2 years of hire/transfer into this role
Physical Requirements - Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Our nurses are the heartbeat of our ministry, providing compassionate care across our Mountain Region. Ensuring that these valued team members are compensated competitively is vital to the communities we serve. We are pleased to announce we will invest $20.4 million to adjust the base pay for our RNs, RN Clinical Coordinators and RN Program Coordinators/Managers.

$20,000 signing bonus. All eligible RN positions will have the $20,000 sign-on bonus listed on the job description.
