Key Responsibilities:

- Policy Interpretation: Interpret and implement hospital policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence across the unit.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- 4+ years of nursing experience within the past 5 years
