Position:Assistant Manager - must provide resume and references.
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to General Manager
- Execution of all cooking activities including saute, grilling, prep, cleaning, etc
- Ensuring orders are going out correctly and in a timely fashion
- Menu knowledge
- Ability to open or close restaurant
- Overseeing team members and assisting the General Manager in all management activities
