Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a candidate in one of our Denver, Colorado offices to provide site civil and/or conveyance design for water and wastewater conveyance projects. Qualified candidates should have an interest in hydraulics and hydrology, alignment analysis, pipeline design, pump station design, diversion and intake design, site civil, and condition assessment and rehabilitation. Candidate must also have good communication skills. Candidate will serve as a civil and conveyance designer on projects for water and wastewater conveyance projects. Responsibilities include executing redline markups, laying out pipeline horizontal alignment, laying out pipeline vertical profile, evaluating alternative alignments, pipeline material evaluation, design calculations, site layout and grading, and interaction with engineers from other disciplines.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience with AutoCAD is desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software is desirable.
- 0-4 years of experience required.
Passing or having the ability pass the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is desirable.

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
