Job Description Assistant Director of Nutritional Services Status: Full Time Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Nutritional Services shall be directly responsible for planning, implementing, directing and controlling the activities of the Dietary department. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Culinary Certificate in Food Service preferred Certified Dietary Manager designation preferred or extensive experience and knowledge in food service. Two years supervisory experience in a Hospital or Long Term Care Facility. Must have a background in basic food preparation skill. Must have a ServSafe Certification or the ability to get one within 6 months of hire. We know it's not just about finding a job.
