Assistant Director of Nursing

Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a leading Residential Care Organization that enriches the lives of children and young adults with complex medical and developmental needs, supports their families, and collaborates with other community providers to build a continuum of care. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Director of Nursing opportunity located in Keene, NH.
The DON is responsible for spearheading the development of a culture of compassion and excellence within our organization. This role entails providing clinical leadership, overseeing all aspects of resident care, fostering teamwork amongst staff, and promoting clinical and educational development.

Director of Nursing Location: Keene, NH

Director of Nursing Duties:

Coordination of resident care with a "hands-on" management style.

Oversee the nursing department.

Evaluate and assess potential residents.

Maintain resident medical records.

Maintain a deficiency-free status with the state of NH.

Attend department head meetings.

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willing to obtain BSN within two years

Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensed in the State of New Hampshire

Minimum of seven years experience in nursing, including two years in a leadership role

Experience with individuals with multiple complexities and/or chronic health conditions preferred

Experience in pediatrics and/or long-term care is advantageous

Director of Nursing Compensation:

Competitive Starting Salary ($90 - $115k)

Full Benefits including a 6% match on 403b
