Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available. Pay rates range from $44.00-$55.00 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability. Providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients. Works with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and mental health needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or RN with two years' experience required Must hold valid RN license in Arizona Must show current tuberculosis documentation Active CPR certification Prior experience providing nursing care, working with a high degree of autonomy required Prior experience in supervising nursing staff preferred Experience working in a correctional environment preferred Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check NaphCare Benefits for Full-Time Employees Include: Prescriptions free of charge through our health plan Health, dental & vision insurance that starts day one.
