Assistant Director Maintenance is required to: Have an Associate Degree in a technical field from an accredited college, university or technical school (electrical, plumbing, boilers, HVAC) and 3 of relevant experience OR 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Possess a valid Pennsylvania driver license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities. Have working knowledge of HVAC and other mechanical systems. Interact effectively with residents and team members. HVAC Certification and EPA 608 Certification be obtained of hire.
