We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Assistant Director of Banquets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution of banquets and events, upholding the Fairmont standard of service.

Oversee the planning and execution of banquets and events, ensuring a flawless guest experience.

Collaborate with various departments to coordinate logistical details and meet guest requirements.

Manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to revenue growth through efficient operations.
