Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance as needed
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes
Utilize Sage and QuickBooks software for accounting tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of experience in a senior-level accounting role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
Proficiency in Sage and QuickBooks software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and highly organized
