Job Title: Assistant Controller
Location: Plymouth, Indiana (100% onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the accounting operations, including the preparation of financial reports and maintaining an accurate system of accounting records.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Support the Controller in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting or a similar role, with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Salary: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00
