Our client is building and growing. The Assistant Controller is a key player on the team.
Overview of the Assistant Controller role:
- Manage accounting team
- Review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end closes for multiple entities
- Review and set goals within the organization for continued growth
Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Assistant Controller role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
- At least 4 years of relevant accounting
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables/vlookups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and be part of a team
