May Institute Adult Services is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director for Day Services to join the clinical team for Southeastern MA. The position will be located within day habilitation programs at our Raynham and Mashpee. Responsibilities: Oversee & conduct functional life skills assessments across service need domains. Oversee curriculum design & measurement for service plan implementation. Oversee & implement social skills groups, including sexual health. Provide behavior support for individuals with developmental disabilities/mental health issues. Provide employee training, coaching, and feedback to enhance service excellence. Attend and contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings. Communicate and collaborate with guardians, allied health, and outside agencies. Collaborate with the director(s) on implementation of service standards. Qualifications: BCBA strongly preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply. Master's degree in a related field required. Experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and/or special education. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
