We are actively seeking a vigilant Asset Protection Associate to safeguard our company's assets. The ideal candidates will be responsible for implementing security measures, preventing theft, and ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent theft and vandalism.
- Risk assessment: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to minimize risks to assets, personnel, and the company.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents.
- Implement loss prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Must be on time and in proper uniform.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with store management, Loss Prevention team, and other associates to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with security systems and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Experience: Relevant experience in asset protection or security roles preferred. Job Type: Full Time / Part Time (1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts & Weekends)
