Job Description:
About the Role :
The Asset Owner role at the Lancaster, PA location is r esponsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or several line(s) including creating and executing daily action plan, developing production operators, and supporting the Process Owner and Maintenance Owner in implementation and improvement of Daily Management Systems elements as well as Health & Safety training. Owns daily cadence and Clean, Inspect, Lube processes . You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Develop and execute on shift action plan and daily action plan as part of shift huddle and line review
Develop and execute on shift action plan and daily action plan as part of shift huddle and line review
Validate daily performance, transactions, and time losses
Define, implement, and improve Clean, Inspect, Lube (CIL) processes while coaching operators to follow standard practices
Ensure continuous improvement of performance board to align with evolving operational needs
Coach operators on how to properly communicate through the different cadence meetings

About You :
