Assessment Support Specialist

Open Until Filled The College and Career Readiness program is a state and federally funded program that provides students with the opportunity to earn a High School Equivalency diploma, Learn English along with transition into our college program offerings.The Assessment Specialist position requires someone to do the following; Answer phone calls for intake and conduct follow up calls in our English Language Acquisition Program Schedule ESL Intake Appointments for students Edit and maintain ESL waitlist with times Assist with prep of intake materials and post-testing needs. Support ESL and ABE/HSE Assessment teams with post-testing and intake appointments. The ideal candidate would have the following; A Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field Proficiency in Spanish (preferred not required) Must have day time availability with availability to work one-two evenings per week Upon hire, will need to become TABE 11/12 and TABE Clas-E Certified Working Hours: Monday-Friday Hours: 15-20 hours per week (majority of hours will be AM hours with one evening a week) Salary: $20.00-$23.00/ hour (depending on education and experience) An ACC on-line application MUST be fully completed for consideration, which includes a required letter of interest, transcript attachment.
