Essential Job Functions: Responsible for assisting with coordination and implementation of all assessment program activities of the summer reading enhancement services. Marginal Job Functions: Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Skills in administration and scoring of various assessment measures used in the program. 2. Skills in staff training. 3. Monitoring and mentoring. 4. Skills in monitoring and supporting assessment staff. Job Requirements: Experience in afterschool and summer school programs. Required Certifications/Licensures: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Major (if required): Required Experience: Experience in afterschool and summer school programs.
