Who We're Looking For:

  • Individuals who are mechanically inclined with a knack for precision and a high school diploma or equivalency. Normal, corrective vision range and the ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols is also important.
  • Prior assembly experience is a bonus, but not a requirement. We believe in the potential of our team members and offer comprehensive training.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with basic math and computer skills, ensuring accuracy in every aspect of your work.
  • Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment, with excellent mobility for moving across workstations and handling tasks that require lifting up to 40 pounds (occasionally).

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As part of our dedicated manufacturing team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. Here's what your typical day will look like:

  • Assemble and Pack: Read work orders and carefully assemble and pack products according to precise specifications.
  • Operate Machinery: Use a variety of machines and hand tools to complete assigned tasks effectively, enhancing your skill set with technical equipment.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders: Coordinate with your Team Leader to ensure production efforts are aligned with the scheduled timelines.
  • Manage Materials: Organize and move materials as needed within your work area to prevent any production delays.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs and reports related to production, machinery upkeep, and any inconsistencies, helping us maintain consistent operations.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of inventory for tools, parts, and supplies, and communicate with management for necessary replenishments.
  • Quality Checks: Inspect products to ensure they meet the required quality standards; identify any issues and report them to the Team Lead for resolution.
  • Meet Standards: Strive to meet established quality and delivery standards, aiming for continuous improvement in all areas of production.
  • Participate in Meetings: Contribute to team meetings, helping to solve problems, improve processes, and enhance safety and organization through the 5S methodology.
  • Achieve Performance Goals: After completing training, consistently meet or exceed the set performance measures.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations across various production centers and support areas.
  • Overtime Availability: Be available for overtime when required to help meet business needs.
