Our client, located in Coudersport, PA, is looking to add Assemblers to their team. These are Full Time, Contract-to-Hire opportunities.
Job Duties: - Assembly in the wire/harness area
- Test/grease, sonic welding, vibration welding, hand pinning, stud terminating, wire cutting and stripping, harness prep lines, tap machine, molding plugs to wires and harnesses, splicing.
- Inspect product for quality
Requirements: - High School Diploma/GED Preferred
- Ability to work weekends as required
Other Requirements: - Push/pull containers or assemblies which may weigh up to several hundred pounds (either on dollies or on edge-not dead weight)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 49 pounds
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Previous experience utilizing small hand tools
- Perform high and low repetition jobs
- Perform fine manipulations
- Firm grasping and firm cutting (up to 25 pounds of pressure periodically)
- Manually push, pull, and bend wire and cable
- Work through range of motions including bend and twist from waist and above shoulder height
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Work in other areas as directed by management
10 Hour Shifts 2nd: 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, Monday -Thursday
Pay: $15.25 per hour
