Area Manager

Water Resources Area Manager Florida Southland Holdings is seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our fast growing team. We are looking for someone with extensive water infrastructure, treatment plant, wastewater, sewer, underground construction experience. This individual will be responsible for Florida Water Resource Projects. Requirements: Must have Project Manager experience on large civil projects - concrete, underground utilities, water pipelines, sewer, treatment plant work 7+ years' experience on heavy civil projects Knowledge of related construction materials, tools, and machines Knowledge of construction material costs and wages Familiarity with construction scheduling and estimating software Ability to manage a staff of 100 combined field and office personnel. General knowledge EPA and OSHA regulations involving construction. Must be physically capable of navigating rugged terrain with or without accommodation for the purpose of performing the duties outlined above.
