Area Business Director

Must Have Qualifications:

High School, Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

5+ years sales experience preferably in Medical or Capital Sales Experience

Laser sales expereince

have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in their assigned territory, as well as experience mentoring and coaching sales representatives to achieve record sales years. The candidate should have a talent for generating leads through cold calling and possess the ability to move customers through the sales cycle, creating and closing emotional sales opportunities. Additionally, the candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment, possess a resilient and determined attitude, and be able to handle customer objections and convert them into sales. The candidate will be responsible for performing product demos, cross-selling products, and utilizing all available resources to achieve short-term and long-term sales objective

Meet or exceed sales quotas in assigned territory.

• Mentor and coach local sales representatives as well as across North America to achieve record sales years.

• Consistently recruit top talent in assigned territory and for Alma Lasers as a whole.

• Generate leads through effective cold calling and provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about features, pricing, and additional services.

• Represent Alma Lasers at industry conventions and events.

• Successfully move customers through the sales cycle and create and close emotional sales opportunities.

• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple time-sensitive processes simultaneously.
