Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details

Design Responsibilities:

Monitor project deliverables, budget & schedule
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Ability to design based upon client's requirements, budget and program
Mange production team members during design development including 3D sketches and other digital / visual formats for presentation
Research and apply building codes and Municipal requirements of regulatory agencies in the development of the building design
Assist in the evaluation and selection of building systems and materials
Coordinate with Consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical, lighting, interior design, acoustical, etc.) to ensure design intent and document coordination are accomplished
Implement sustainable design principles into the building design
Coach coordinate with and support project team members with tasks you assign
Coordinate with and present projects to stakeholders
Site visits

Build Responsibilities:

Manage daily activities of construction from pre-construction meeting until completion utilizing our Construction management portal
Maintain relationships with city inspectors, owners, sales team, trade contractors and vendors
Schedule and attend Municipal or other inspections
Maintain construction budgets and schedules to ensure on time and on budget project completion utilizing Construction Management portal
Maintain on-site quality control and job safety plans
Conduct owner, vendor and trade partner walk throughs and meetings on-site or virtually
