As an Architectural Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle including project design, scheduling, budgets, and project deliverables. This Project Manager role will work collaboratively with their team and external stakeholders to ensure that completed on schedule and within budget. What You Will Do:

  • Proactively Manage Risks: Take the lead in identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring a smooth journey towards project goals.
  • Lead with Financial Acumen: Oversee fee preparations and proposals, ensuring alignment with project discipline leaders and optimizing financial outcomes.
  • Craft Contracts & Negotiations: Skillfully prepare and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors, safeguarding our interests.
  • Develop & Communicate Plans: Shape robust project schedules and keep the team aligned with clear, consistent communication.
  • Uphold Quality Standards: Ensure every deliverable meets top-notch standards through meticulous QA/QC reviews.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Maintain regular and positive contact with clients, enhancing our reputation for exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve Disputes Professionally: Address project disputes promptly, ensuring resolutions are fair and amicable.
  • Coordinate Billing & Collections: Work closely with accounting to ensure timely billing and fee collection.
  • Provide Constructive Feedback: Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights on team performance with the Director of Operations.
  • Lead with Enthusiasm: Kickstart projects and lead regular team meetings with energy and clarity.
